Spectator admission to the competition at the Spatz Theatre is free.
Event Program
Limited printed event programs will be available at the Merchandise Table for $30.00. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, and credit. A digital copy of the event program will be available at least 3 days prior to the event date.

Venue
Our competition on Friday, July 3rd is being held at the Spatz Theatre inside of Citadel High School at 1855 Trollope Street, Halifax. Dancer check-in will start at 9:45am.
Parking
Ample free and paid parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
Theatre Doors
Theatre doors will open approximately 10 minutes before show time and/or when all technical checks are complete.
Dancer Registration
Upon arrival to the competition, dancers will register at the Dancer Registration Table. Dancers will be stamped, giving them entry to dressing rooms, backstage and the theatre.
Chaperones
For the safety of the dancers, only chaperones with passes will have access to the dressing room and backstage areas. Chaperones are asked to check in at the Dancer Registration Table upon arrival. Chaperones were determined by your Studio Director at the time of registration.
Adjudications & Awards
At each adjudication, specials awards and medal placements will be awarded.
Note: All Overall Awards, Specialty Awards, Top Awards, Teacher of the Year Award, Graduating Dancer of the Year Award, National Grand Champion Awards and Top Studio Awards will be presented at the Final Awards Presentation at the Red Carpet Gala on Saturday, July 4th at Marriott Harbourfront Hotel. Livestream
The competition portion of this event will be livestreamed. The link is http://dancelive.ca.
Pictures & Videos
Photography and videography of any kind during the competition is strictly prohibited. Jaclyn Doyle Photography will be onsite taking professional, complimentary photos of each routine. McKiel Video will be onsite taking professional, complimentary videos of each routine. A link to download your photos and videos will be emailed to your Studio Director the week following the event.
Merchandise
Limelight Nationals merchandise will be available at the Merchandise Table while quantities last. Accepted payment methods include cash, debit, and credit.

Our final awards will be presented at the dinner. A valid ticket is required to attend. Dancers who did not purchase the Competition & Convention Package will need tickets. Parents who wish to watch the Final Awards will need tickets. Your ticket includes the Red Carpet Gala, Dinner, Final Awards Presentation and Maritime Kitchen Party. Tickets go on sale Monday, June 15th and will be available until Friday, June 19th or until sold out. Once all tickets have been sold, no additional seating will be available. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. While the venue will do its best to accommodate allergies, not all can be guaranteed.

**As a courtesy to all dancers, we kindly ask that only one parent per dancer attend the dinner and final awards. Please purchase your single ticket by the Friday, June 19th deadline.
