All music is to be submitted by the following deadlines via the online registration program:
Halifax #1: March 20, 2026
Halifax #2: April 17, 2026
Moncton #1: April 3, 2026
Moncton #2: May 15, 2026
Each song should be titled as follows:
Routine Name - On or Off Stage - School Name
For example: “Born This Way - On Stage - ABCDanceStudio”
On the day of the event, Studio Directors should keep a backup close by, on iPhone or USB in case of technical difficulties.
Please ensure your song names are finalized before submitting entries. No song name changes permitted after entries are submitted.
Three (3) points will be deducted if maximum time limit is exceeded. If 30 seconds over the maximum time limit, the routine may be subject to disqualification.
