Entry Package

Each Studio is to submit a complete entry package by the deadline in order to be considered registered. A complete entry package includes:
- Entries (via Dance Comp Genie)
- Dancer Master List (via Dance Comp Genie)
- All music in .mp3 format (via Dance Comp Genie)
- Waiver Form for each dancer (via mail/email)
- Chaperone/Teacher/Studio Director Master List (via mail/email)
- Certified cheque, etransfer or money order for total entry fees payable to Limelight Productions Inc., no personal cheques. (via mail)
Entries submitted after the deadline will only be accepted if space permits. All late entry packages will be charged a $200 late fee for every 15 days past the final deadline.
Registration is first come, first serve. A complete entry package, including fees and music, must be submitted by the deadline in order to be considered registered for the event. A deposit is required.
Late fees will apply to all dances approved for entry after the final entry deadline.
Space is limited and Studios are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Complete entry packages are due by the final deadline. All reserved spots will be released once the final deadline has passed.
Limelight Productions reserves the right to cancel any competition.
Limelight Productions reserves the right to add an additional day to the stated event dates if deemed necessary.
Any changes made to entries after the FINAL SCHEDULE has been sent out is subject to a $10.00 fee per change.
NSF Fee of $35.00 will be charged for all NSF cheques.
Registration fees are non-refundable for any reason including medical reasons.
Limelight Productions reserves the right to add and/or subtract days or move or cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
